What is Qigongfu anyway?
Well... it's not a real word,
but it contains some Chinese words and ideas.
Air, Mist, Vital Force. Qi is all around us and within us. Our bodies extract it from the air we breathe and the food we eat. It keeps us alive.
As simple as breathing in and breathing out. Qigong exercise can also add movement and mind focus to build and move qi and blood in our bodies, promoting clarity and vitality.
Made up of the ideas of work and time. Gongfu means a skill developed by practicing something over a period of time, or just what you do in your spare time. You can cultivate gongfu in anything you enjoy doing.
