Taijiquan is a martial art, comprising many styles, to which the principles of taiji have been applied. Taijiquan training emphasizes relaxing the body, sinking one's qi to the dantian and to the ground,
and moving with circular and spiral motions.
Taijiquan practice is very good for building up your health and strength, it is a well balanced exercise, "healthening" body and mind.
